Scat Street Strip Rotation Assembly gives you everything you need to ensure your 4.6L V8 can withstand the abuse of making passes down the drag strip. Perfect for forced induction applications with a 9.0:1 compression ratio this Scat Stroker Kit will punch out your 281 cubic inch V8 to a more respectable 300 cubic inches.
Kit Includes. Maximize the displacement of your engine with a cubic inch-enhancing stroker kit that includes a 4340 forged steel crankshaft, 4340 forged H-Beam connecting rods with 7/16″ cap screws, forged dish top pistons as well as rings and main & rod bearings.
Compression Ratio. The Scat Stroker Kit will allow for different compression ratios depending on the heads installed. Example: 9.0:1 with 51cc heads.
Serious Upgrade. Replacing the rotating assembly is a serious job that requires a wide range of tools, space, and knowledge. Without a decent mechanical background, it is best recommended to take this to a shop for install.
Application. This Scat Street-Strip Rotating Assembly Kit is designed to fit 2005-2009 Mustangs equipped with the modular 4.6L 3-valve V8 engine – including the GT and Bullitt models.
