Description

Improved Power and Performance. The Pypes Cut and Clamp Resonator Delete X-Pipe is specially designed to replace the restrictive factory resonator on your Mustang. Featuring an X-Pipe design, this mid-pipe improves exhaust flow for more horsepower and torque. Furthermore, the cut-and-clamp design lets it fit with either short or long tube headers.

Increased Aggressiveness. The Pypes Cut and Clamp Resonator Delete X-Pipe also makes the Mustang’s exhaust sound more aggressive and adds a race car tone and rasp. This improved exhaust sound can, of course, be further tuned with aftermarket headers and exhaust systems.

Maintains Smog Legal Status. The Pypes Cut and Clamp Resonator Delete X-Pipe reuses the factory catalytic converters, keeping the Mustang smog legal. However, the kit is not CARB certified and is not intended for use with pollution-controlled vehicles.

Heavy Duty Stainless Steel. The Cut and Clamp Resonator Delete X-Pipe is precisely fabricated using mandrel-bent tubing to provide a free-flowing exhaust flow. The 409 stainless steel used in its manufacture provides the mid-pipe with exceptional resistance to rust and corrosion.
