Bolt-On Installation. Professional installation is recommended for safety. MagnaFlow designed this Direct-Fit X-Pipe to bolt-on. In most applications, welding or cutting is not needed. This X-Pipe is not California emission compliant, so it cannot be sold or installed on Mustangs registered in California.
