High-performance carbon fiber hood. The Anderson Composites Type-TS Hood in carbon fiber is designed to significantly reduce vehicle weight while enhancing style and performance. It serves as a direct replacement for the original hood, improving stiffness and strength without compromising the vehicle’s visual appeal.

This hood is crafted using a vacuum infused process with 3K, 2×2 twill carbon fiber cloth bonded on the exterior A side, with a fiberglass skeleton on the interior B side. It features a glossy marine grade gel coat finish with UV inhibitors, providing a high-luster, durable surface. The mesh screen is removable and paintable to allow for customization.

Installation. Installation may require minor adjustments for optimal fitment. It mounts using original equipment hardware, which is not included. Hood pins and a heat shield are required for safety and proper function but are not included. Professional installation is recommended to ensure the best results and longevity.
