The Anderson Composites Type-SN SuperSnake Style Hood; Unpainted is designed to replace the factory hood on select Ford Mustang models, providing enhanced heat extraction and a lightweight upgrade. This hood improves engine cooling while adding aggressive styling, ideal for track enthusiasts and street drivers looking to optimize performance and aesthetics.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted using a vacuum-infused process with fiberglass cloth, the hood features a consistent weave pattern for superior stiffness and strength. It comes in a primer finish ready for paint, and includes a removable, paintable mesh screen in the front scoop for customization.

Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical skills with minor adjustments likely necessary for proper fitment. This hood mounts using original equipment hardware (not included), and no drilling is typically required.

Application. Designed specifically to fit 2015 through 2017 Ford Mustang models including GT, EcoBoost, and V6 trims while excluding Shelby GT350 and GT350R versions. Some mounting tab modifications may be needed to achieve correct fitment.
