Manufactured using a vacuum infusion process with 3K, 2×2 twill carbon fiber cloth, these doors feature a carbon fiber exterior bonded to a fiberglass skeleton for added strength. A marine-grade gel coat with UV inhibitors is applied and polished to create a highly glossy and durable surface finish that resists environmental damage while showcasing an attractive carbon fiber weave.
