Reinforced Valve Springs are required for high engine speeds and high loads to allow the valves to follow the camshaft profile and ensures adhering of valves to valve seats. For that reason, these products are designed to suit the high loads that are present in tuned engines. So Titanium is used to help reduce mass in the Valve Spring Retainers. This helps prevent abnormal valve movement such as jumping and bouncing. In addition, our Valve Guides are made from Phosphor Bronze Alloy this helps with improved wear resistance and heat dissipation. The valves are then effectively frees the excessive heat from the valves and transfers the heat into the cylinder head.
