This SR Performance Axle-Back replaces the stock mufflers with a set of straight pipes for an extremely loud exhaust note that will wake up the sound of your Pony and the entire neighborhood. This Muffler Delete Axle-Back won’t just increase the sound of your Mustang, it will increase its power as well. By eliminating the restrictive factory mufflers you will improve exhaust flow for a noticeable improvement in both power and performance.
Quality Construction. SR Performance manufactures their Muffler Delete Axle-Back from 304 stainless steel tubing for superior strength and long lasting corrosion resistance. Featuring mandrel bent 2.5″ diameter tubing and a set of straight through exhaust tips, this Axle-Back will dramatically out flow the stock exhaust system. The included 4″ 304 stainless steel exhaust tips are completed in a satin black finish for an ultra aggressive appearance.
Cut & Clamp Installation. The installation of this SR Performance Axle-Back Exhaust system will require cutting and removing the stock muffler assemblies. The new muffler assemblies will install in place of the old. Clamps and instructions are provided.
Application. SR Performance Muffler Delete Axle-Back Exhaust with Black Tips is designed to fit both Fastback and Convertible 2015-2017 GT Mustangs equipped with the DOHC 5.0L V8 Coyote engine.
