This hood lift system comes with an innovative progressive slow-release lift mechanism that requires just a small lift. The system also features custom-valved gas springs in its struts which eliminate stress on the hood, and it integrates with both aftermarket and factory hoods. It is then completed with a black coated finish which provides a clean engine bay appearance and protection from corrosion.
Convenient Slow Release. The RedLine Tuning Hood QuickLIFT PLUS System features two custom-valved gas springs in its struts which offers a smooth progressive release mechanism for your convenience. Additionally, the system slows down while approaching full extension to reduce the stress put on the hood.
Top-Grade Construction. Redline Tuning uses durable gloss black e-coated gas springs, custom ball stud brackets and other mounting hardware in the QuickLIFT System. This offers structural integrity and corrosion resistance for a longer life while also facilitating easy compatibility with factory and aftermarket hoods.
