Construction and Appearance. This shock absorber features a robust steel twin-tube body finished in white paint for durability and corrosion resistance. It includes a nitrocarburized 16mm piston rod designed to resist scuffs and corrosion, fitted with a 35mm sintered iron piston that provides increased structural strength. A polyvinyl protective boot safeguards the internal components, complemented by polyurethane rebound bumpers and rubber bushings to absorb harshness.
Installation. Installation of this shock absorber is straightforward and designed for direct replacement without requiring drilling or modifications. It can be installed by experienced enthusiasts or professionals with basic hand tools and mechanical knowledge.
