Street or Strip. Powergrip clutches are great for modified street/strip Mustangs. And if you are replacing your clutch it is also a good idea to replace or resurface your flywheel at the same time to prolong the life of your new Clutch.
Superior Design. RAM Powergrip Mustang Clutch kits utilizes a unique blend of 900 and 300 series friction materials and increased clamp loads to give you the holding power needed for aggressive street driving, occasional drag strip use, and the all around performance you expect from your clutch system.
Required Upgrades. To properly install this RAM Powergrip Clutch on your V6 Mustang you will be required to use either a RAM Billet Steel Flywheel (RAM 1545) or Billet Aluminum Flywheel (RAM 2545). You will also require a Pressure Plate Bolt and Dowel Kit and a Flywheel Bolt Kit. See options listed above.
Application. The RAM Powergrip Clutch kits are the performance clutch for your street/strip Mustang. The Powergrip Mustang Clutch is designed for the 2011-2014 V6 with the MT-82 transmission. Some chatter will occur on takeoff.
