Increase Performance. Bolting on a Pypes Muffler Delete Axle-Back to a stock 2005-2010 GT or 2007-2010 GT500 will yield an instant 5 to 10 horsepower gain. It features a unique “muffler delete” design for the ultimate in flow and power gains with an ultra aggressive sound!
Aggressive Sound. This Pypes straight through “muffler delete” axle back system is designed to increase air flow and to produce one of the loudest exhaust sounds possible with the stock catalytic converters still in place. This is the closest thing to running straight pipes on your Mustang.
Polished 409 Stainless Steel. This Axle-Back system from Pypes is constructed from high quality 409 Polished 2.5″ Stainless Steel tubing and features a 4″ rolled edge slash cut polished tip, that exits in the stock location for aggressive Muscle Car looks.
Application. Made to be a direct bolt on, this Pypes Muffler Delete Axle-Back bolts right up in the stock location without any modifications required on the 2005-2010 GT or 2007-2010 GT500 Mustangs.
Technical Note. Americanmuscle recommends adding the 2005+ Mustang 304 Stainless Steel Exhaust Hanger Kit from the drop down option above, to provide more strength, stability and a cleaner installed appearance. If you have a 2007 Mustang you may need the kit for correct installation.
