Designed specifically for Corvette Stingray and Z51 models without factory-installed receivers, this system ensures a safe and reliable towing point while maintaining vehicle aesthetics and functionality.
Construction and Appearance. This tow hook system features a custom forged D-ring that is powder coated in red for durability and corrosion resistance, with an option for unpainted finish to allow custom powder coating to match your vehicle’s color. The D-ring is attached via a clad steel heim-join to either a black chromoly steel shaft or a natural stainless steel shaft, all with stainless hardware, ensuring strength and longevity. The design prevents contact with the grill or bumper and allows the D-ring to be removed for cleaning.
Installation. Installation requires removing both the front and rear bumper to mount the receivers properly. This process may require moderate mechanical skills and tools but does not involve complex modifications beyond bumper removal.
Application. Engineered exclusively for 2014 Corvette Stingray and Z51 models without factory receivers, this product is not compatible with vehicles that come equipped with OEM receiver tow hooks.
