Construction and Appearance. This system features a billet aluminum D-ring that is powder coated in various colors including red, black, and custom paintable options. The tow hook shaft is made of stainless steel with clad steel heim-joint and hardware for robust strength. The entire product is milled, machined, powder coated, and assembled in the USA, delivering premium build quality and corrosion resistance.
Installation. Installing the receivers requires bumper removal on both the front and rear to accommodate the hardware. The installation process is moderately involved, with no drilling required, but some mechanical skill is needed for removal and reassembly of vehicle components.
Warranty. A warranty is provided, though specific duration details should be confirmed through the supplier.
Application. This product fits 2014 Corvette Stingray and Z51 models that do not have factory-installed tow hook receivers. It is not designed for Z06 or Grand Sport models and is specifically for vehicles built before December 14, 2014.
