This is a geunine S14 / S15 SR20DET water neck.

For S13 SR20DET, this is a nice upgrade, becase you can run the coolant line off the water neck.
If you had to remove the turbo or replace one of the lines from a S13 SR, you know what a pain it is to disconnect the water lines from the back of the engine.
You will have to run S14 lines if you upgrade to this water neck.
