High-Performance Front Bumper. The Octane Series Winch Front Bumper; Black Textured, is engineered to provide robust front-end protection while integrating a high-capacity winch mount. Ideal for heavy-duty recovery and off-road scenarios, it enhances vehicle capability and safety by allowing secure attachment of a winch up to 12,000 lb and multiple auxiliary lighting options. Note that larger body winches, such as the WARN M Series, may not fit due to the bumper’s low-profile design.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16” thick American steel, this bumper is fabricated using CNC machining for precise recovery points and structural components. The surface features a durable, three-stage black textured powder coat finish, offering excellent corrosion resistance and an aggressive aesthetic that complements heavy-duty vehicles.
Installation. Designed for straightforward, bolt-on installation requiring no welding or grinding. Installation can typically be completed within a few hours using basic hand tools. Please note that top-mounted winch control or solenoid boxes must be relocated to the side of the winch for proper fitment.
Application. Specifically designed to fit and function with 2017-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 gas and diesel trucks across all trim levels, accommodating various configurations with minimal modification.
