Its free-flowing muffler design improves your GT’s exhaust flow thus boosting its rear wheel torque and horsepower. It similarly helps to lower exhaust temperature thus improving your car’s engine power and fuel efficiency.
Built for Endurance. NXT Step Performance Axle-Back Exhaust is made from high-grade T304 stainless steel which is strong, and corrosion-resistant. It features a pair of straight pipes that have dual-walled angle cut and mirror polished 4″ tips that help your Mustang to have a muscle car appearance. The dual walls enable the pipes to withstand high exhaust temperatures. The high-quality chrome finish not only accentuates the kit’s appearance but also protects it from scratches and corrosion.
Cut and Clamp Installation. The installation of this Axle-Back Exhaust system will require cutting and removing the stock muffler assemblies. The new Axle-Back assemblies will install in place of the old. Installation of this Axle-Back can be completed in about two to three hours. This Axle-Back reuses the existing factory hangers for installation. Clamps and instructions are provided.
Warranty Information. All NXT Step Performance exhaust kits are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Only original purchasers are eligible for warranties.
