Aluminum and Rubber. The Mishimoto 6R80 Automatic Transmission Cooler features quality aluminum fittings with Nitrile rubber hoses and mount bushings for a durable and long-lasting product.
Keeps Temperatures Down. The stock transmission cooler does a great job of keeping temperatures low, but with hard driving or time on the track, transmission temperatures can get out of hand. With this cooler, your Mustang will experience an 18°F drop in its transmission fluid temperatures without additional fluid pressure drops.
Large Surface Area for Cooling. The 20-row Mishimoto stacked plate cooler provides a 50% larger surface area compared to the stock cooler. With twice the cooling capacity, you won’t have to fret over high transmission fluid temperatures.
Higher Capacities. The transmission cooler core has an 180% increase in core volume compared to the stock 6-row transmission cooler. This also increases transmission fluid capacity by 3/4 quart.
