Improve Handling Performance. Upgrade the handling performance of your S550 Mustang by installing a set of Hurst Stage 1 Lowering Springs. Hurst Stage 1 Standard Rate Springs are designed to lower your Mustang’s center of gravity. By lowering the center of gravity these springs will reduce squat during acceleration, body roll in the corners, and excessive nose-dive under hard braking. Hurst Stage 1 Springs are ideal for daily driving, street, and even occasional track use.
Aggressive Stance. Not only does a set of Hurst Stage 1 Lowering Springs improve the handling performance of your Mustang, but they also improve its overall appearance. By lowering the ride height approximately 1.0″ these Hurst Springs eliminate that ugly “4×4” tire to fender gap for a more visual appeasing street stance.
Better MPG. Independent testing has shown that lowering a car’s ride height improves aerodynamic efficiency by forcing more air over the car and less underneath reducing drag. This aerodynamic efficiency results in higher top speeds at the track and better fuel economy on the highways.
Clears Stock and Aftermarket Wheels & Tires. These lowering springs were engineered to be compatible with your stock size wheels and tires, as well as AmericanMuscle’s pre-configured wheel and tire combo kits (specific to your generation), to assure proper clearance with no rubbing issues.
Application. This set of four Hurst Stage 1 Lowering Springs are designed for use on all 2015 to 2025 GT Mustangs including the fastback and convertible models.
Technical Note. The Springs are not compatible on vehicles equipped with the MagneRide Suspension.
