This Hurst Hood Scoop sits in the center valley of your Mustang’s factory hood and features a forward facing dual snorkel design. This unpainted Hood Scoop is also available pre-painted in 2015-2017 factory colors.
High Quality Construction. Hurst manufactures their Hood Scoop from an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) material using the original OEM CAD data from Ford to ensure a perfect fit. ABS is an extremely strong material known for its light-weight, superior durability and impact resistance – making it perfect to withstand the hazards of daily driving.
Straight Forward Installation. No messy bondo or fiberglass is required for installation. This Hurst Hood Scoop installs with the supplied hardware, drilling locator strips, and 3M doubled sided automotive bonding tape. Installation can be completed in about an hours time.
Application. This Unpainted Hurst Hood Scoop is designed to fit 2015-2017 V6, EcoBoost and GT Mustang models equipped with the factory hood, does not fit Shelby GT350 models.
Technical Notes. This Hurst Hood Scoop ships unpainted. AmericanMuscle recommends professional installation of all body parts. We also recommend test fitting these products before they are painted.
