Construction and Appearance. Made from heavy-duty steel tubing finished in black textured powder coat, this grille guard resists corrosion and wear. The center guard pipe measures 2 inches in diameter with a .083-inch wall thickness, while the grille guard wings are 1.25 inches with the same thickness. The brackets that secure the guard to the frame are .25 inches thick, providing strong structural support.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires only basic tools. Minor modifications, such as cutting the bottom plastic valence, may be necessary to properly fit the brackets. The grille guard mounts to factory tow hook points without the need for drilling.
Warranty. The product includes a 1-year warranty against defects in the powder coat finish.
Application. This grille guard is specifically designed to fit 2019 through 2026 RAM 2500 models with the new body style. It is not compatible with the 2019-2021 classic body style, vehicles equipped with front park assist sensors, body lift kits, or custom fender flares.
