This brand-new Ford Racing short block comes with heavy-duty high compression forged pistons with H-beam connecting rods. It features a 9.5:1 compression ratio which is the ideal compression if you’re building a supercharged engine that still works well for street driving.

Engineered for Toughness. This aluminator short block from Ford Performance is truly built to be tough. It’s made out of an extremely durable, yet lightweight aluminum cylinder block. It comes with cross-bolted main bearing caps with thick man bearing bulkheads for a highly durable and extra strong bottom-end. In addition, this short block has been put together with Mahle hard anodized forged pistons and made more durable with a Graphal low friction coating. It also includes Manley H-beam connecting rods with ARP 2000 bolts and billet steel gerotor oil pump and pickup tube.
