Construction and Appearance. This radiator features a complete aluminum assembly without plastic end tanks or rubber gaskets. Its two-row core is built with 1-inch-wide dimpled tubes that maximize heat transfer by creating turbulence and working with serpentine cooling fins for efficient airflow. The Black Ice two-part epoxy coating provides a sleek, semi-gloss finish with an OEM-like appearance, protecting the radiator from corrosion and wear.
Installation. The Direct Fit design allows straightforward installation with no modifications required to the vehicle’s cooling system or mounting points. All factory hoses, fan shrouds, and oil cooler lines connect seamlessly, making the upgrade convenient for both professional installers and experienced enthusiasts.
