Construction and Appearance. The kit includes two durable steel straps sized to fit 1-1/8″ diameter caps, finished with a corrosion-resistant coating to withstand wear. The straps feature 1-7/8″ center-to-center holes for accurate, consistent mounting. Included are four grade eight bolts, 5/16″-24 thread size and 1-1/2″ in length, for secure fastening.
Installation. Installation requires no drilling as the straps are designed to fit existing pinion yoke holes. It is straightforward for those familiar with driveline components. Bolting the straps securely ensures proper clamp-up of the u-joint caps.
