Intelligent Fuel Pump Control. The VaporWorx Intelligent Relay Control improves the safety and operation of electric fuel pumps by using the engine’s tachometer signal to regulate when the fuel pump relay is energized. This ensures the fuel pump runs only when the engine is operating, preventing unsafe and uncontrolled fuel delivery during key-on/engine-off scenarios or accidents. The system is especially beneficial for carbureted engines and applications lacking modern ECM safety controls.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed with durable UL94 rated components, the unit features a compact design measuring approximately 1-1/2″ wide by 1-1/4″ deep and high, allowing installation in tight locations. It uses high-quality XLPE insulated wires terminated in a genuine Delphi sealed GT150 connector with included wire braid for added protection, ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically involves controlling the negative trigger side of an existing automotive relay. No drilling is required, and the unit adapts easily to both new and existing fuel system builds with minimal effort.

Warranty. This product comes with a one-year warranty from the purchase date upon presentation of proof of purchase.
